About Terra Preveli
A home for friends, families, art, learning and music. Located in a valley in the wild nature of Southern Crete, just 10-15 minutes’ drive away from local villages, tavernas and beautiful beaches.
The land is 14,000 sqm, full of ancient olive and fruit trees. The main house zone is a spacious space great for both retreats and private rentals. It’s a place for inspiration, connection and a place that reminds us of the beauty and strength of this planet.
The large windows and vitrines at the main house allows the breeze and wind to blow through – and the beautiful hall leads to the incredible view of the valley.
We aim for deep and good experiences. Events that give us the opportunity to remember and appreciate life and the importance of nature and human connections.
Our goal is to keep building and operating Terra in harmony with the environment while gathering good minds and hands to create more connection through art, music and human collaborations.
Terra is a place for sustainable living and it operates entirely on solar energy and receives drinking water from local springs.
The people behind Terra Preveli
Meet Guy Shalom Reboh:
An entrepreneur and a visionary with a deep love for nature and sustainable living. Since his youth, Guy has held a dream of building independent and sustainable home in nature, where he could create, grow and live with his family and friends. Over time, this dream evolved and as well become a place centered around human connections through art, music and nature.
Guy is married to Yael, who is also part of the vision and touch in Terra Preveli, father to Nahar and partnered with The Bankhalter family in this beautiful project ! Guy understands the importance of community and collaboration. For him, life is enriched by the presence of friends and like-minded individuals.
Terra is a place for inspiration, observation, collaboration and creation, a place where ideas take form in reality.

Meet Ori Bankhalter:
Ori is a DJ and plays in festivals and gatherings. He is creating spaces for gatherings and taking people for journeys all night with the music, giving a place for getting together, dancing and releasing.
He has a daily radio show with big variety of music and also creating music and producing artists in his music label TaOr music.
In Terra Preveli, Ori wishes to craft a special place where people can connect to nature, each other and themselves. A place for magic to happen.
Oris partner Michal and their 3 children are part of this vision and journey.
Meet Alexandra Ferdinandy our manager:
Alex is a social worker with a warm heart and caring personality. She grew up in Crete surrounded by nature and animals. After living many years in Denmark, she followed her heart back to Crete searching for a more simple and off-grid lifestyle in nature. Now, as Terra Prevelis manager, she is organizing the daily running of the place and she is the go to person for everything you need here.
